I've taken a lot of twists and turns

I grew up in Washington D.C. surrounded by service-minded professionals and a family that believed in doing well and doing good.
2.
I considered law school, but after talking to women in the field, I realized it wasn’t the life I wanted.
3.
I joined a nonprofit, then became the first full-time employee of AOL’s founding CEO’s new foundation.
4.
That experience merged my passions for tech and impact—and launched my career in closing the digital divide.
5.
I expanded my work from local to national at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, then global at IBM.
6.
At IBM, I lead a global team designing programs to skill 30 million people by 2030 through partnerships and innovation.
