Defining Moments

How I responded to discouragement

  • THE NOISE

    Messages from Society in general:

You should be a dentist because you will make a lot of money.

  • How I responded:

Although dentistry does provide pretty good financial stability, it was never the reason for me joining the profession and shouldn't be for anyone joining any profession. People will stereotype your profession and the reason you are in it all they want, but the main thing is your passion in life and making it become your reality. What they think of you and your intentions is their opinion, but a passion and love for your job is all you need and success will follow.
